I was playing last night, i lvl'd up and left the game to go unlock something with my unlock credit, when i got there i discovered all my unlocks were gone, and my rank was also non existant.

I logged off to check my trophies and it said "An error had occured" and i couldn't access them, after that i gave up and went to bed

This morning i can access my trophies and i have all my dogtags, but my unlocks are gone, my rank is back to 0 and despite the fact i earned points in a few games it doesn't register or count towards my ranking up for some reason.

Is this some sort of penalty? I'm a legitimate player i certainly don't cheat, if there's someone i can plead my case too i'd very much like to get my unlocks and rank back.

This ever happen to anyone else?

I've had the exact same problem last night as well. My game was working fine at around 6PM Eastern Time, but after 8PM I logged back on after taking a break and discovered that my rank was down to private (I was general of the army beforehand) and all my kills, deaths, etc was reset back to zero. Plus, no additional rounds I played added any points to my score. My dogtags, however, are still intact. Could it be some problem with the server? Just letting you know that you probably weren't penalized, but I 'm not sure why this happened.

Sounds like it was probably just a problem with a server.
