The sequel Battlefield Bad Company 2 was announced a few months ago and now EA has given a concrete release date and also the platform list on which the game will be making an appearance. Gamers will be enjoying this game on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 consoles and also on PC. It will be released on March 2 in North America and in Europe it will be released on March 5 next 2010.
Battlefield Bad Company 2 aims of delivering a new level of destruction to the scenarios in the title. It will give a better vehicular warfare section and also a great squad play mechanic to gamers. Along with all this the game will be heavily used through the single and multiplayer modes. Karl Magnus Troedsson, executive producer of DICE (Battlefield Franchise) said, “The variety of weapons, choice of vehicles and scale of destruction in the Battlefield: Bad Company 2 sandbox environment generates countless unscripted and unforgettable moments.” He also added that when Battlefield: Bad Company 2 will be shipped next year in March then it will deliver the best online multiplayer experience ever to gamers.

Patrick Soedurland while revealing new Bad Company 2 details at the EA’s said that Battlefield: Bad Company 2 will provide a more realistic war-like experience than the likes of Modern Warfare and it will also redefine multiplayer gaming.
Patrick also mentioned at the EA that this game will offer “destruction 2.0″, with almost any structure that is capable of being chipped away or else flattened with heavy gunfire.
He added further that now the players can even shoot bullet holes into walls in order to create their own cover. Check this also in the trailer.
In the Battlefield: Bad Company 2, the ‘B’ company will be combating their way through different locations such as snowy mountaintops, dense jungles and dusty villages. There are heavy arsenal of deadly weapons in the game and also a slew of vehicles to aid them.
In the game the crew set off on their mission and they are well prepared to blow up, shoot down, blast through, wipe out and utterly destroy anything that comes on their way.
The other name of the game is total destruction. It will be delivered on the next generation Frostbite engine of DICE. It is said that about this game that either online or offline, enemies will soon learn that there is nowhere to hide.
In the same Frostbite engine is Battlefield 1943 that takes players back to World War II. It offers to gamers endless hours of 24 player multiplayer action over three classic and tropic locations named as Wake Island, Guadalcanal and Iwo Jima.
